Warranty information
Our products are designed to provide many years of regular wear. All WINN products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 full year from the original date of purchase. In the event of a defect, we request to have the item shipped to us so that we can assess the damage and decide whether or not the piece will be repaired or replaced at our expense. Not only do we require the defective piece to be shipped back to us in order to accurately assess the damage, but it also aids us in correcting the problem so it does not occur again in the future. However, our guarantee excludes product damage that may have resulted from abuse or airline mishandling. In addition, as with any product, it should be expected that component parts ? particularly leather, moving hardware and wheels will naturally show wear with use over time and may eventually need to be refurbished or replaced. Needless to say, this type of normal wear and tear is also not covered under our guarantee.
