Very flavorful. Excellent Onion Powder. I accidentally used same amount that I usually use for a recipe and it was almost too much. Now that I know that this McCormick Gourmet Organic Onion Powder is not nearly as DULL as my old onion powder; I just adjust the amount that I use (so I use less) and I will never settle for my old onion powder again.
