They aren't too hot ,but they will bring the heat if you put too many. love them.

I purchased these to use for a recipe from top chef.As soon as I ordered I realize that the date these would get to me would be too late. I contacted to cancel -same day but no response. So I entered up with an item I couldn't use, through no fault of The company but they could have contacted me To cancel. Because I did it right away. So saying all that, I did not use the product. It looks like any other dried pepper ,And would probably work as it should. It looks good. They are thoroughly dried. But I cannot give you any info as far as to consistency after cooking or flavor texture etc.They are expensive so check your date 1st. And if you can't get a date maybe you should find another way to order them. Which I would have done if I could have this was the The only place I found it. I will definitely try to incorporate into a recipe somewhere so as not to waste the money. I Which they sold it in smaller packages
