Great Paper, Terrible Buying Experience!

Strathmore paper is excellent. The experience of purchasing this paper online was terrible. The paper I received was bent - not a small bend from the packaging, but whole corners folded over. I also received far less than the quantity listed: instead of a case of 25 sheets, they sent 1 sheet of paper. To top it off, there was no refund of the shipping price, so I basically paid them to send me damaged, incomplete products. Save yourself a whole lot of trouble and purchase this paper from a local art store. There's no deal here!
