Feel Good items fill my deep freeze so my family has gluten free breakfast/snack/appetizers without destroying my kitchen. These spicy cheese bites disappear so quickly I never know where they went. The grocery list seems to always start with Jalapeño bites. They're more expensive than other brands but all gluten free items cost more. I do wish I could buy a "family size" box of them. We use the oven to cook them and they come out crispy outside with a creamy cheese %26 spice and good jalapeño flavor. 10 out of 10 for taste %26 texture. You would not know they are gluten free.

Small size but good flavor
If you bacon wrap these with very meaty bacon and not a lot of fat, you can cook them on 400 for 10 to 12 minutes and they come out absolutely fabulous dipped in a hot sauce like Texas pizzas or Cholula. By themselves they're just OK. The price is outrageous but the crunch is really great and the flavor is pretty good. They're just small.
