I needed to strengthen my fingers and hands for a sport I practice and tried all kinds of inverted exercises with a weight bar by rolling the bar down and back up with my fingers but I was not achieving the results I wanted. This little thing is simply perfect. It trains every finger individually as well as the full hand flex. I have exceeded the results I wanted to achieve and can do this anywhere which is even better.
