This is a balm so it's greasy. I apply it all over %26 then put on my sweat pants to sweatshirt because I don't mind it getting on them. It does absorb but not quickly. It does not have a fragrance! It's great on dry patches on my face as well.

One of two was sealed. Was delivered promptly. Unfortunately, this has been discontinued, which is a big shame as it was the only product that worked for my extremely dry hands. I hope Walmart will be able to sell more of this. Seller was good. I'd use them again.
