A rounded shape is a virtually universal design that can be used for countless culinary creations and for many different events. Use a sphere for appetizers, desserts, entrees and large cake decorations. Sasa Demarle recognized this and designed the Round Shape 5.75" Silform. The Silform, featured above, measures 18" x 26" creating 6 indents. Each indent measures 5.75" with a 6.76 oz. capacity and 0.5" depth. Silforms typically last 2,000 to 3,000 uses, depending on how well the pan is taken care of. Sasa Demarle and Public Kitchen Supply recommends using hot soapy water with a non-abrasive sponge to clean the pan. Silforms can be used at temperatures from -40 F to 500 +F. Silforms are crafted from food grade silicone and fiber glass making them extremely flexible and durable. The Round Shape 5.75" Silform is a great baking mold for residential and commercial kitchens.
