it was easy to put together about 20 mins, the roof did have a small crack but more than likely from the shipping. was no insulated so i added three layers. 1 layer of aluminum foil, 1 inch syrafoam, insulation spray in all the cracks abd then bubble insullation and still left pletny of room. Made a perfect cat house for multi cats for the winter big enough to hold 1 large dog or 3 small cats maybe 4 max. There is not a door cover bought on separately. made my own little awning added straw and a self heating pad.
