Perfect after having shoulder surgery!
I purchased this hot and cold shoulder wrap, before I had surgery on my shoulder, to hopefully help with my pain. It fit good and helped tremendously! After having surgery to fix my shoulder I was told to apply ice several times a day. This wrap was just what the doctor ordered!! It’s easy to adjust and apply by yourself, stays in place nicely while wearing, and can be used either hot or cold. I recommend this product to anyone who is thinking about it- you won’t be sorry...it’s great!

If you’ve had surgery or if you have a bad shoulder and need a should ice pack this is it. I love mine. I had reverse shoulder surgery dec of 2021. It didn’t go well on my shoulder. But this ice pack is great!!
