Right part after a little improvisation

The new part was easy enough to install, but I had to modify the fan blades so that there was adequate clearance for the blades to rotate inside the motor cover. I had to grind and file about 1/4 inch off of each blade, but after it was installed, the refrigerator is now whisper quiet and cycles on and off correctly.
