I discovered Blues Hog brand rub at a speciality meat shop years ago traveling in MO. Classic Cajun Heat and Spice

It's got that classic Cajun heat with just the right balance of spice and flavor. I used it on grilled chicken and even sprinkled a bit on roasted veggies. It's got just the right balance of spice and flavor—not too overpowering, but definitely bold enough to stand out. What I love most is how versatile it is.
