Poor delivery of my purchased tires

I can't comment on the tire because it just went on. But the order for 4 tires, which was placed last week days ahead of a blizzard* , arrived first as 2 tiress then the following week as a single tire one day and the last one 3 days later. Forced me to drive through snowFy days without snow tires. Vendor said it was Fedex's faulty but if it was I should have at least be credited back for their Fedex charge since the tires weren't delivered on time. *I bought the truck in the fall then went overseas until last week
