I've been wearing these for years %26 it makes life better! I can do everything with no worries! The XL was too big for me, I made it work but am reordering in a Medium. I wear size 5 clothes but the XS is very tight. If u are a real overweight person I doubt any size will work for you. Even if u r a smaller size, I'd try MEDIUM. They last for years and the support is excellent.
