FABULOUS CURTAINS!

It took me days (and days) trying to find blackout curtains for my 2 oldest boys' room. I can't seem to find a store that carries the blackout in colors or sizes that I was looking for so I was stuck reviewing them online which adds to the frustration!) I was looking for 63" in either beige or navy blue. It's amazing how hard it is to find beige/tan curtains that didn't look dark or gold. So after one bad purchase and having to return, I decided maybe navy blue was the way to go. Again, days and days of looking for curtains that would match the valances (I bought a few years ago), finding ones that were affordable and not shiny! Lo and behold, Walmart came through and had these blackout curtains in navy blue that were microfiber - hoping they weren't shiny like all the polyester curtains seem to be! They look great and were the perfect fit and the fabric is fantastic, and they make the room almost pitch black. I had to pay a little more to get the right curtains, but they were finally the right ones. Thank you!

Great curtains

we needed curtains to block out the light from our neighbors (who leave their porch light on all night) - and these curtains do the trick. When it says Black out - they really mean it! We didn't really need noise reduction or energy savings (the windows are already double-paned) so those were just bonuses. The color Moss doesn't really appear on the website as it does in person. Don't be fooled. The color moss was a lot darker green than the picture shows. Almost like army green. But still, in the green family so if shades of green is your color scheme (as was ours) then it'll work, but just know it's know it's not the light almost-pastel green that is on the web photo. Otherwise, I really like the curtains, they work and we're really happy with them.

The curtains are great, but order more than you need so that you can be sure your dye lots match. Easy to return the extras! Also, whenever you order grommet curtains that have been folded and compressed, look for wear marks / holes - I had 3 that were damaged from the grommets being pushed too hard into surrounding fabric when they were packaged. Again, easy to return.
