we needed curtains to block out the light from our neighbors (who leave their porch light on all night) - and these curtains do the trick. When it says Black out - they really mean it! We didn't really need noise reduction or energy savings (the windows are already double-paned) so those were just bonuses. The color Moss doesn't really appear on the website as it does in person. Don't be fooled. The color moss was a lot darker green than the picture shows. Almost like army green. But still, in the green family so if shades of green is your color scheme (as was ours) then it'll work, but just know it's know it's not the light almost-pastel green that is on the web photo. Otherwise, I really like the curtains, they work and we're really happy with them.

I ordered these curtains for my first grandchild's nursery. Needed them to block sunlight as the double windows in his room get the full afternoon sun. Will not have that problem with these! They are very well made, the color Navy is the shade it should be...true navy not at all close to a black color. They have a beautiful finish. Look more like an expensive drapery! Much nicer than ones I have purchased for twice the price! They were packaged nicely but a bit wrinkled but cured that problem with my steam iron. I'll be purchasing all my future window treatments from Wal-Mart!
