All parts arrived together and on time. Everything fit and bolted in easily with no issues. The technician that aligned my vehicle was impressed with how little it needed adjusted to be in spec. This is in part due to watching their instructional videos.My only complaints about the experience with 1A Auto was one of the outer tie rod ends rubber boot was detached from the outer tie rod. I called 1A Auto Customer Service and was placed on a 20 plus minute hold time. When I spoke to the representative and informed them of the defective part I received, they mailed a replacement part to me free of charge.I also watched their instructional videos to help make the process of repairing my vehicle go smoothly. I will be using their services again in the future. Thank you 1A Auto.
