This was pricey. I bought this for my daughter's birthday, so she is worth it. She really likes OG Care Bears as do I. Yes this does change color. This works just like any ordinary facial sponge; use this wet or dry.

My new favorite blender!

This sponge is amazing! It's super soft, a pretty color, and very bouncy. When it's wetted down, water water changes it to a light blue. When it dries down, it changes back to the lilac purple color. It's a large sponge, increases in size well once it's dampened, and has a very smooth texture.
