This thing is so flimsy! Don't be fooled into thinking that once assembled it's a "solid" towel rack. If you barely handle it, the bars and frame will begin to move freely and it feels like the whole thing is all falling apart in your hands. If that wasn't bad enough the two brackets that hang over the top of your door and support the body of the towel rack are way too wide. They are 2 inches or so. If you have a thick door, no problem. If your door is only an inch+ thick like mine, the brackets hang down, likely damaging the corners at the top of your door and scratching up paint. A terrible design. The manufacturer should've included optional smaller brackets for thinner doors. Oh! Be advised that the metal used in the towel rack is the equivalent to a 70s-era cheap curtain rod. It's incredibly weak meaning you could bend it just by forcefully squeezing it between your thumb and finger. It takes nothing to bend it yet it's supposed to support up to three wet towels? C'mon!
