Direct Phone: (720) 941-8723. 1-YEAR Rods & Reels: Your Eagle Claw rod or reel is guaranteed for a period of one year from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. If the rod or reel fails within one year from the date of purchase, return the entire rod or reel to the address below, prepaid and insured. Please include your dated proof of purchase. Be sure to include your name, address, daytime phone number with area code and a short note describing the problem. (International customers will be charged actual shipping and insurance costs, and are responsible for all related customs and duty charges.) If your rod or reel is proven defective, it will be replaced free of charge. This warranty is the only warranty, expressed or implied, applicable to the Eagle Claw rod or reel. This warranty will be honored solely by the Wright & McGill Co. Remedies available under this warranty are limited to the expressed terms under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you. Non-Warranty Procedures: Eagle Claw rods and reels that are no longer covered by this warranty can be replaced for 50% off the suggested retail price of a new one. The new rod or reel will be the same make and model unless out of stock, in which case a similar model will be substituted. An invoice will be sent with the charges and, once payment is received, the rod or reel will be returned to you. You can pay by VISA or MasterCard over the phone or by sending a check or money order. Please follow these steps when sending your rod or reel to us for non-warranty repairs: Send complete rod or reel back to us (Pre-paid Shipping). Please enclose an explanation of the problem you are experiencing. Please list the model name and number of your rod or reel. Include your name, return address and daytime phone number. To protect your rod or reel against loss or further damage in transit, please carefully package and insure the shipment. Please keep all shipping receipts. Use a shipping company that can track your package. Reasons for Non-Warranty Rods and Reels: An Eagle Claw rod and reel will no longer be covered by this warranty should any of the following apply: Malfunctions or damage due to abuse or mis-use, accidental breakage, normal wear In need of cleaning and/or re-lubrication due to owners failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, malfunctions caused by inadequate repair and/or alterations. This warranty is the only warranty, expressed or implied, applicable to any Eagle Claw rod or reel. Wright & McGill Co. (manufacturers of Eagle Claw rods and reels) neither assumes nor authorizes any other person or entity to assume for it any obligation or liability in connection with the Eagle Claw rod or reel. Remedies available under this warranty are limited to the express terms of this warranty, and any consequential damages, which may result from the breach of this warranty (expressed or implied), are hereby excluded. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. Only Wright & McGill Co. can make any warranty adjustments.
