love love love my couch

i did have a horrible experience with delivery and once all pievces were delivered realized one box was the wrong color. the seller rectified the issue, gave a partial credit and sent the correct last box. it was like 3 weeks all together i was without but it was worth it. this is the best couch. super sturdy qnd comfy but firm. the only irritating thing about the couch is hoe much the back cushions fall betweek the back of the couch and the cushion but thats also because of my son and animals. if they werent so rambunctious and rough it wouldnt be as bad.

Cushions Slide Off

The cushions slide off every single time you sit down or move. There is no fabric under the cushions just metal bars so you end up on the metal when the cushions slide. Also, very stiff cushions… not comfortable at all. Overall the couch looks nice in person but unfortunately just is not comfortable.
