Great book for coping with anger

I've been using this book for years to teach anger management as a professional counselor. It's easy to read and understand, has great tools for coping and communicating effectively. The feedback that I get from people is that it is very useful material in helping people understand the difference between normal expression of anger and abusive forms of anger, and what to do to defuse the self and situations. The emphasis is on taking personal responsibility for all that we say and do when frustrated and stressed so that we respect the rights of others as well as our getting our own rights respected.

Not what I expected...

The book was not based upon a Christian world view at all. It is based upon Eastern Mysticism. The book focuses on self and self only...and its advice will little more than create the perfect narcissist. So beware, the counsel from the book is very secular and self-centered.
