This stuffer is great, especially compared to the "caulking gun" style stuffers I've been using. Was able to complete several different types of sausage in a fraction of the time, including snack sticks. Goes together easy, cleans easy. Only nit pick is that the lugs the handle attaches to should have some sort of positive retention feature to keep the handle from coming off too easily. Will get to see my son a lot more as he will be coming over to use the stuffer for all his sausage making. Given the solid steel construction, this should last a lifetime.
