I didn't read up on this very well and thought it was going to be a nasal spray instead of a nasal flush. I was afraid to try it, but already spent money on it, so I went ahead with it. Getting through the surprise of the first few seconds, and syncing witht the flow was worth it. I am so glad that I did not spend more money on the nasal flush machines you see on TV because this is absolutely perfect.
