Absolute Heap of Trash

Turns on, volume meter indicates sound is coming out, but NOTHING comes out. I waited 14 days to get this and I have had to go all over the state just trying to find the basic parts for this to work (because BEHRINGER didn't honor their warranty and give me an RMA, which I have emails for proof of), and this still doesn't work. I'm livid.
