It came quickly, packaged well, with no damage by UPS. Went together very easy, took about 2 hours. I found the instructions great, and easy to follow. The unit was exactly what we wanted and profided the warmth we needed. Made smores the first night. I do recomend buying the optional cover from the manufactures web site for $40 dollars, it fits perfect. Also I bought an extra bag of lava rock, as you need more to make it look nice and full. I have seen it priced on other internet sites for $500 dollars. Walmart beats the price of all of them for $240. We absolutely love it......
