Warranty information
Viper Archery Products warrants, for the lifetime of the original purchaser, that it will adjust, repair or replace any product manufactured by it to the extent that such product is found to contain any defect in material and workmanship. This warranty shall not apply in any case of loss, self-repair or damage due to misuse, abuse, failure to perform normal maintenance or deterioration in the cosmetic appearance and/or finish of the products, including, but not limited to anodizing or camouflage finishes. This warranty does not have transportation. To exercise the warranty rights herein provided, defective products must be: (1.) Shipped pre-paid with a valid return authorization number, issued by Viper Archery Products, to Viper Archery Products; (2.) Have attached the name, address and telephone number of the owner; (3.) Contain a description of the defect; and (4.) Be accompanied by an original receipt evidencing proof of purchase. With respect to all products sold by Viper Archery Products but not manufactured by Viper Archery Products, the original manufacturer's warranty, if any, shall apply. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the sole and executive remedy under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement as specified above. Please contact Viper at 740.894.6100.
