. Wear Instructions. 1. Pull hook fastener through slot to create loop in strap. Apply to forearm below the bend in the elbow. Pressure pad should be located on the outside of the forearm. . 2. Tighten strap to a comfortable level of low compression and secure the hook tab onto the strap. Tighten dial by rotating clockwise until desired compression level is achieved. Increase pressure as activity level increases, do not over tighten. 3. To remove, loosen dial until no pressure is felt, pull hook tab from strap, slide off forearm.

I bought this because i tried everything else, tens unit, crusher sleeves, tiger balm. I tried rest and that didn't work so i gave this a go. You got to get it in the right place and it works great. the right place for me was around an inch below the pain and straight away you notice the difference. The dial is useless, it does tighten it up but don't really need it if the sleeve is tight enough. I still have pain but nowhere near as bad and i have stopped using this after about 2 weeks worth of wear. I like the band comfortable and strong velcro so it didn't slip off my arm
