Feet are Pain Free.

I had plantar fascia and was in pain constantly. I purchased the Cohesion 11 and inserted Dr. Scholl's Pain Relief Orthotics for Plantar Fasciitis for Men and the pain was greatly reduced. This allowed me to resume walking my 10k steps and doing some light jogging. The shoes wore out so I purchased the Cohesion 13. These shoes seem to have more cushion and arch support than the Cohesion 11 and so far I haven't had to add new inserts. My feet are still pain free. The shoes are well made and very light weight. I love Saucony and especially their Cohesion Running Shoes.

Love the foot room in the wide version- don't feel cramped at all now! Best part of new pair of Sauconys for me has always been that I don't have to break them in to be comfortable, or have to wrestle and twist them to make them wearable without blisters,etc. Good right out of the box! Thanks, Joe

Best Walking Shoe

I have been buying the Cohesion for several years. I started out with Cohesion 10 and they fit well right out of the box. I would always get a blister with other brands no matter the price. This fit and never blister.
