Starkist Tuna Creations Sweet and Spicy have a really nice flavor. Just like the name, it has a sweet and spicy flavor. They found a way to pair it nicely with the Tuna flavor. The texture still feels like what you would expect from tuna in a can. These are great for on the go. From first impression, it doesn't seem like a lot, but there is actually a good amount of tuna in these packs. The portion size is perfect to eat on the without slowing you down from feeling to full. Just enough to satisfy your hunger and take the edge off. They have a lot of protein without a ton of calories which keep you satieted. They can easily be eaton with a fork or spoon. Personally, I prefer using a spoon since I feel it's better at scooping out of the pack.These are a great addition to sandwiches or as a salad or pasta topper. The spice is a nice addition that is very versatile.

I love that you can take it anywhere on the go or enjoy at home and all you need is a fork. You can eat it straight out of the package it doesn't need refrigerating. You can also use it in place of the tuna you use for tuna salad sandwiches, put it on a salad, put it in macaroni and cheese like tuna helper and any other way you normally have tuna fish but this one definitely will change up the flavor and is a must try. Smoked tuna is my favorite by far but you can try all the other flavors and find your favorite.
