I have had this brand of pitcher filtration before and wanted to continue with a new one and could not locate one in any local stores consequently had to order via the internet! I was very very disappointed in how long this item took to get to me…in the tracking I could see the package go to the wrong directions and it was just a head scratcher! Absolutely in love with this countertop water filter! The design is so functional, I love the fact that you do not have to manually open a lid, just put it under the faucet and the lid will automatically tilt to let the water in.
