Love this set
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these pans without knowing whether we would use them, but I will tell you they have been incredibly handy this summer! Grilling veggies and fish and other things I dont want to put directly on the grill.

My favorite new KJ accessories!
I just did my first cook on the new Karbon Steel half-moon pans and they were so much fun to cook with. I have owned both the cast iron and soapstone pans from KJ but found these even easier to work with as they are so lightweight and versatile.I got an amazing sear on steak using the flat pan and used my other pan to get some direct flame kiss on grilled asparagus without having to worry about losing my veggies to the fire. These clean up real easy and nestle together for easy storage. I would highly recommend these to anyone who owns a KJ! Disclaimer: I received this product in exchange for an honest review
