Matfer Bourgeat Black Carbon Steel Frying Pan, 12 5/8"

This is an excellent skillet. No problem seasoning it with a very, very very light coating of oil in the oven. Of course I came from cast-iron and I'm used to seasoning and cleaning pans. But it's a great pan. It's thick. It's solid the long handle on the pan is also a big plus. Now that I have cooked in it several times the inside is so smooth and shiny and nonstick it is just incredible. I bought the 12 inch skillet, I also am thinking about purchasing the 10 inch skillet now. I like it that much. Thank you for reading.
