What is Gouache Paint?
Similar to watercolor, gouache paint is opaque, however gouache paint becomes translucent when water is added.
Gouache vs Acrylic:
Unlike gouache and watercolor paints, acrylics are more forgiving in that they are a deeper and thicker based paint as opposed to translucent and more water based. Acrylic paint is quick to dry and cannot be reworked once applied.

lightfast!
i expected nothing from this paint... i bought it, and never used it... but after a year on my shelf, i got around to lightfast testing it, and 4 months direct sun, no fading... im amazed, the colors are wildly vibrant... and they didnt fade at all...

Gouache review
My paints were watery and didn't have a good paint consistency. Opaqueness is okay but I would recommend Reeves gouache instead. I will probably use my purchased paints just to practice.
