Tastes just like cherry. Light %26 Fit greek yogurt is within limits for bariatric patients just starting on "solid" food. Using a baby spoon (the "throw away" multi-colored plastic kinfmd at Walmart last a long time; just wash in the sink. it gives perfect portion size per spoon %26 per a single yogurt cup. Would also be good for diabetics. It's easy to pack in small bag with greezer cooler , spoon %26 go. Other flavored taste great, too. Vanilla yogurt is a great substitute for sour cream, with just a hint of sweetness (which I like better).

I love this yogurt, but just like the other review I gave concerning the Walmart brand of strawberry yogurt, it's usually out of stock, or perhaps just not restocked in the refrigerated section where it usually is. It's frustrating for sure.
