Didn't come with a handle even though it is pictured with one which is very misleading... I wish there was at least a link to where I can find a compatible handle.... now I'm just on a wild goose chase to find one

I wish you would have stated clearly that it did not come with a handle. There were other brooms I could have purchased with a handle. CS provided details about where to get a handle. The price was OK but the S& H was about $15.
