well first off it was a day late, was not happy about that. i was waiting for it to get here so I could finish a recipe. then we i did receive it was so dried out they were like petrified branches, or rocks. if you order this you either have to boil it (which looses some of its value. i just put it on a plate with very little water and let them soak before I ground them up.
