Faulty or poor quality I'm not sure

Don't waste your time. I set the combination and tested it and it worked fine but the third dial wouldn't turn easily so I cranked it around a few times to loosen it up and as soon as I closed the box with the dials not on my set code it locked and will not unlock by either the factory set code or my own code!
