The BEST book for new parents!! We gift this book to all our friends and family who are expecting. This book is practical and helpful. We used Helen Moon's recommended schedule for all 3 of our babies. It was so helpful for me as a full-time working mom and needing my baby on a schedule right away. It helped us be more confident as parents, and it helped our kids develop good sleep habits and build self-confidence as well. Babies and kids need structure, and this book helps you do that in a loving yet realistic way. Strongly recommend!
