Lion King ( (DVD))

Disc error when playing on 2 DVD players. Third portable player played it successfully but only plays a dozen previews. No movie. Tried to return after 30 days because I did not use it until 30 days, and was called ignorant for expecting to return it. I was given 3 reasons for no return. 1) beyond 30 days, 2) it's not "our" product and 3) it's an open package (duh). I was treated horribly by three customer support staff and supervisor seemed ok with the treatment. Paid $19.99 for a dud video. Oh well. Never again.
