Good USB sound
I bought this as it is USB sound. My internal sound card has weak microphone gain, and this was a more elegant solution than adding an additional sound card to the system, as it has it's own sound card built in. The microphone is clean, crisp, and has solid gain. This is the low end of what Logitech produces in terms of headsets, but it was the exact solution I needed, as the pricier headsets tend to warm the ears a bit. It sounds good enough to please. I have been a Logitech customer since my first computer, and they have never disappointed me. They are one of the few tech companies I feel that I can actually trust.
