Quality control issues and poor customer service

I bought 4 chairs from this seller. One of which came with a large mark on one of the cushions that appears to be tape. I reached out to the seller and for a replacement. Their responses were initially spotty and then stopped entirely. The chairs look well put together otherwise but it may not be worth buy because if there is an issue it does not appear that they will assist in making things right.
