Premium 12.5 Cup 1000W Electric Deep Fryer, Stainless Steel

This fryer is well worth the money. It holds a lot of oil, more then 2 of the large bottles of vegetable oil. Seems to be able to get to the desired frying temps, although I didn't test with a thermometer. I may next time. The outer shell is a little flimsy when the oil container isn't installed but is sturdy enough when all put together. One note for those buying is that if you are making onion rings with a wet batter don't put the uncooked rings into the basket first, just drop the basket and put the rings directly into the oil. Our first batch of onion rings stuck to the basket, but the second way worked better. Looking forward to using it for some fish later on. Should turn out well.

I really like the way that this unit breaks down for easy cleaning. it is a simple fryer and that is good. i am more than happy with this purchase. it does fried chicken really well!
