miscommunication on my end with the seller. quick communication and clarification via phone call. 10/10 would do business again

This seller don't know what he is selling and just uploaded the pictures of the Air conditioner without knowing the facts of how the product works. Unfortunately with AC you can only test the item after installation and powering it and it is not like any other electronic gadget where you connect to the power and test the functionality and when it is time for me to test I have already spent bomb on the installation i.e., around $2200 and product cost is approximately $600, so now I am bearing a loss of $2800 without enjoying the product

Package appears damaged and one of the power cord was missing.

Damaged before it was shipped and missing instructions .

Customer support is almost non-existent. The manual wiring diagram and customer assistance was NO help. I finally figured it out. The white tape to wrap the coolant lines, drain line and power cable was no good-it had no adhesive. The plastic pipe all the hoses and power cable were to go through the wall inside of was really to small. I used something else. On the outside unit It seems the fan is not well balanced and it makes a slight ticking sound.
