Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have six exterior doors all have quickset locks. The locks perform very well and the finish also. After about ten years one lock failed and kwikset quickly and professionally sent the replacement at no cost. Great service in a time when it's RARE!

Perfect overall !!

Bought this as replacement for exterior door locking knob that was old and worn out. HIGHLY IMPRESSED with easy instructions/installation. Took all of 10 minutes including reviewing instructs. The re-keying feature was Flawless- worked like a champ so we could keep using our old key which matches all our other exterior doors. A bonus was knob pre-assembled so no need to fumble with getting the 2 knob screws proper setting depth etc. Going fwd I will only buy Kwikset!!

adjustable striker tab

The tab on the striker plate is adjustable, keeps the door closed tight, no rattles when the HVAC kicks on. Customer service department VERY responsive with the one and only issue I have had in 5 years [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
