INCREDIBLE INCOMPETENCE
I received all 6 items, however 3 items were broken. The spray nozzles were snapped off. So I sent in for a return request. I was advised to take them to the local Walmart service desk to complete the return. Walmart service “LEAD CASHIER” LOL! She would not accept just 3 of the items, told me to go home get the 3 GOOD items and come back to store to complete the return. SERIOUSLY!? I was so angry that I just left the store. What is it about Walmart employees that they behave like intimidated idiots. They're standard answer for EVERYTHING is “we're not allowed to: open cash register to make change return only the damaged items of an order “ Doesn't management trust their employees math skills or is it that they hire untrustworthy people? I'm NEVER purchasing online aerosols ever! from intimidated idiots!
