Not true to size

I purchased this for my husband, it did not fit. VERY VERY small. Sizing was way off. I could not return it to the Walmart store since they told me it was sold from an outsourced company called Gotapparel.com. When I went to contact the number on my receipt for returns or customer support it was a number to an insurance company. I had no other way to contact them. I called Walmart.com and they didn't even have a working number for them. You would think Walmart would make sure they were selling products under their website from reputable companies.
