    3Q. Can I swim in my binder?
    A: You'd better not. This binder is made of 95% cotton, 5% spandex, lined with 20cm elastic band, it's not very good for wearing up for a swim.

    4Q. Is my binder too big/small?
    A: Our chest clips have been enlarged, so you only need to refer to our size chart. If the size is too small/too big, please take a deep breath! It's okay, you can return or exchange them for free.

    5Q. How do I take my measurements?
    A: Upper body leaning forward 45 degrees, soft ruler around the bustpoint a circle, this is your chest size. Then choose your size against the size chart.

at first, it was a weird feeling, but after you wear it, you kinda forget it's even there, which is nice. it's roomy and comfy, whilst still providing a good amount of compression for casual wear. quality is good and it's definitely very sturdy. make sure to go by the brand sizing! i made that mistake accidentally, and had to make a return, ans then reorder in a better sizing. that was just a issue on my end though. would buy again :)!

straight to the point: Its great, a little tight fitting and uncomfortable, but im sure its something ill get used too. In depth: Im 5ft, 200lbs, and overall i have a wide torso and c-d cups. I bought a XL and its doing it's job, but i don't think this is going to be a permanent binder. it will do for now though, i recommend sizing up!
