Excellent tool. Solid heavy metal, very easy to use. No brand on the box, no directions for use. Go to utube video: Rathborn ring stretcher or other videos that are out there. Item is not exact to picture, my bottom piece is hard plastic, not wood, measuring rings are gray, not blue, but none of that is a big deal. The stretcher works great, but I couldn't figure it out till I found the video. Remember that after tapping the top to expand the stretcher and you're done -- just tape the center metal from the bottom of the stretcher, the inner metal will come out
