I have been taking this chasteberry liquid at the recommendation of my fitness/nutrition coach for a while now. It has seemingly helped regular my monthly cycle. It's not the greatest tasting thing in the world, but I've had worse. It's also easy to get it over with as opposed to adding another capsule supplement into the mix.
